Shape
- « Triradius » Concept using since 1989 on CERAFIT Cup
- Median area : nominal acetabulum radius
- Equator : 1 mm peripheral build-up (equatorial press-fit)
- Pole : slight flattening
- Macrostructure to increase the bone contact surface
- Two holes for additional acetabular screw fixation (optional)
ALUMINA LINER
Material
- Alumina ceramic (NF ISO 6474-1)
Shape
- 5°42’ conical fitting, fixation method used by CERAVER since 1982
- Extented conical connection allows optimal distribution of the loads, and provides higher mechanical strength
- 6mm minimum thickness
- Centering peg
Combined with
Alumina femoral heads with 28mm or 32mm diameter according to liner size.
